1. What is the History of your business and focus here in Parker?
"I bought the business 18 months ago. It had been a Parker mainstay for decades, but had always been a low end store. The store has been turned around and focuses on quality and inventory. Our businesses has received a total facelift and carries 4x the inventory and selection than that of the previous owners"
2. How have you dealt with the adversity of covid and how has Parker area responded?
"Parker has been amazing with supporting small businesses and has helped my team out. Everyone that works at the store resides in Parker and we take pride in that. Parker has totally stepped up in support of us."
3. As a small business owner what would you like to share that might surprise Parker area customers?
"Most smaller, independent stores cannot buy at the prices of the larger stores...period. We strive to go above and beyond with customer service and other areas that we can differentiate ourselves. While the big stores sell cheaper than the small stores, they actually make MORE money due to the big discounts they receive.
While the big stores can sell at slightly lower prices than small stores, they typically do not and do not provide the level of service that our customers have grown accustomed to.
